ATF Service information

Tandem Service information

There is no on-site servicing requirement for the ATF.

All parts can be user-serviced easily. We recommend you change all seals and diaphragms according to a planned preventative maintenance schedule. If you do not have one, we can help you design one.

The ATF controller should not need servicing. If you believe the controller is functioning incorrectly, you should contact us with details of the problem. The most common problem is a vacuum or air leak, so check there are no holes in the tubing, nor badly fitting connections.

There is no on-site servicing requirement for the Tandem.

We recommend you send the Tandem to our servicing department at least once every two years. If you service the Tandem annually, you will keep the analyser within our extended guarantee scheme. This means that, excluding user damage, your Tandem can keep its original manufacturing guarantee for life.

If you do not wish to keep the Tandem under guarantee, future servicing costs could be higher if the internal sensors are damaged in any way.

ATF Spares

We hold a stock of seals and diaphragms that you may order. However, we recommend that you keep at least one complete set of spares at your facility for each ATF system you have. This will ensure you do not risk any downtime.

Tandem Spares

There are no spares required for the Tandem gas analyser.

You may purchase several accessories such as tubing, clamps, gas connectors etc. in a kit. Please contact us for details.
